He’ll report to Wixen President/CEO Randall Wixen, CFO/COO Andrew Wixen and CTO/EVP Jason Rys. He started out as a drummer and producer of rock bands, working with the likes of Weezer, Crazy Town, the Ataris, Anna Nalick, Pennywise, Christina Milian and Hollywood Undead. Pikus has previously held A&R positions at Columbia Records, Interscope Records, MySpace Records, Lava Records and Imagem Music Publishing. Wixen’s publishing roster include music by Tom Petty, Weezer, the Black Keys, George Clinton, Rage Against The Machine, the Doors, Missy Elliott, Rick James, Jefferson Airplane and Rancid. He’ll also serve in an A&R capacity setting up collaborations and co-write sessions for the existing roster.
